Wow is all I can say, I just sent an email with an enquiry on about a dress I liked and Nicola has gone above and beyond for me ever since, even though I have sourced my dress elsewhere she has been fantastic every step of the way, I was starting to lose faith with people when it came to wedding planning but this has now been restored, great customer service and I would recommend this shop to anyone who asked, I will definitely be popping in to get my accessories!
