Wow is all I can say, I just sent an email with an enquiry on about a dress I liked and Nicola has gone above and beyond for me ever since, even though I have sourced my dress elsewhere she has been fantastic every step of the way, I was starting to lose faith with people when it came to wedding planning but this has now been restored, great customer service and I would recommend this shop to anyone who asked, I will definitely be popping in to get my accessories! I had the best experience here and have a beautiful dress. I am a big size and I was treated with kindness and made to feel beautiful and special. The family who run the shop are lovely and the shop itself is beautifully decorated. Would definitely recommend xx

I cannot thank Nicola and her wonderful mother enough for their welcome, patience and expertise during our visit to their Bridal Dressing Rooms earlier this month. My daughter and I thought that the search for the dress would be a daunting experience but Nicola made it most pleasurable. Highly recommended!!

Lovely lady, very helpful. Had a selection of plus sized dresses which is great as I was dreading going to a wedding dress shop as a plus sized girl. She was very accommodating and was kind to my two girls. Highly recommended a visit.

I am extremely happy for the experience in this bridal showroom, especially the way Nicola welcome and treat the customers. This is my first ever bridal appointment and I was little nervous first, as am a plus size bride for finding a wedding dress. There are lots of good designs and collection for our budget and style.
