How to transport your wedding dress abroad?
Ideally the best way to transport your dress is in a dress bag where you can lay it flat or hang it but more often than not this isn’t an option. Most brides traveling abroad will want to keep their gown close at all times, so we recommend our hand luggage size travel box. At the time of publishing the size of our travel box was in accordance with the most popular airline guidelines; Please always check your baggage allowance and restrictions with your airline as we will not be held liable. You will also need to consider the size of your dress when choosing the best travel option as fuller dresses will not fit in a hand luggage case. How to pack your wedding dress?
Packing your wedding dress in the correct way is so important to ensure you look perfect on your big day and to avoid any major creasing. You will want to make sure your wedding dress is not squashed and has room to move but not too much that it is sliding around. We recommend packing your dress with acid free tissue paper and ensuring that any beading is covered so that it cannot catch on itself and cause snags.
