No. Your ticket reserves entry during your chosen 30-minute arrival window but does not reserve a changing room. Changing rooms will operate using a numbered queue.

Please arrive within your selected 30-minute window. If you arrive late, we will do our best to admit you, but you may experience additional waiting time.

Each bride may bring a maximum of two guests. Children are welcome but must be included within your two-guest allowance. Babies and prams are also permitted.

You may choose up to four dresses for each changing-room turn. If you would like to try more, you can select another four and rejoin the queue.

Around 200 wedding dresses will be available in bridal sizes 6–28. Individual styles and sizes cannot be reserved before the event.

Yes. Card payment is preferred, but cash is accepted. We cannot provide change, so please bring the exact amount if paying with cash.

No. Dresses must be paid for in full on the day. Deposits and payment plans will not be offered.

Yes. Your dress will come with a hanger and garment bag. Alternatively, Velvet Queen can store it for you for a £60 storage fee.

Yes. Alteration advice will be available, and appointments can be arranged directly with the seamstress after the event.

Yes. Free parking is available on site at Deverell Hall.

Yes. The venue is fully accessible, and accessible toilet facilities are available.

Simple refreshments will be available. We kindly ask that you do not eat or drink around the wedding dresses.
